These terms apply when you visit or purchase from AI Explorer, operated by Twelve Stones Enterprise. By ordering, you confirm that you can legally enter a contract or are acting as the parent or legal guardian of the learner.

## Products, formats and orders

We aim to describe every product and format accurately. Images may include illustrative device, book or lifestyle mockups. Your order includes only the edition and items stated for the selected variant. Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise.

We may reject or cancel orders affected by payment failure, stock error, fraud, technical error or unlawful use. Any amount due will be handled appropriately.

## Permitted use and intellectual property

A digital purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or household educational use. You must not resell, publicly distribute, upload, share access links, reproduce for commercial use, remove ownership notices or claim the content as your own. Purchasing a printed copy does not transfer copyright or grant reproduction rights. Schools and organisations should request a separate licence.

AI Explorer names, text, artwork, layouts, exercises and other original materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

## Responsible use

AI Explorer provides general educational material, not professional, legal, financial, medical or cybersecurity advice. A parent, guardian or educator should supervise age-appropriate technology and AI use. Third-party AI tools and online services have their own age rules, privacy practices and terms.

## Availability and liability

We do not promise uninterrupted store, email, download or courier availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, incompatible devices, third-party services, courier delay or unauthorised sharing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes are subject to the competent courts in Anand, Gujarat.
