## Digital delivery

After successful payment, download instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout and may also appear on the order confirmation page. Download and save the file using a compatible PDF reader.

Payment review, email filtering, an incorrect email address or a service interruption may delay access. If access does not arrive, check spam or promotions folders and contact support with the order number and purchase email.

Customers are responsible for maintaining access to the purchase email, using a compatible device and keeping a lawful personal backup. Download links may be protected, limited or reissued to prevent misuse.

## Printed-book shipping

Printed editions can be ordered only when the physical format is shown as available. Available destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery information are displayed during checkout. Review the delivery address carefully before payment.

When tracking is available, it will be sent electronically. Courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote-location serviceability or address problems may affect estimates. Contact support if a shipment appears delayed or is marked delivered but cannot be found.

If a parcel is returned because of an incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal, any redelivery charge will be communicated before reshipment. Any refund due will be handled under the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
