AI Explorer, operated by Twelve Stones Enterprise, offers digital editions and may offer printed editions when stock is available. The format selected on the product page determines which terms below apply. Please review the title, age range, contents, format and price before ordering.

## Digital editions

If a cancellation request reaches us before a download link or file access is issued, we will review it and may cancel and refund the order. Digital delivery can happen quickly, so cancellation is not guaranteed.

Because a digital file cannot be returned after access has been supplied, we do not ordinarily accept returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refunds after a download link or file access has been provided.

Contact us within 7 days if you were charged more than once for the same order, received a different file from the one ordered, or the supplied file is corrupted or cannot be accessed after reasonable troubleshooting. After verification, we may replace the file, restore access or issue an appropriate refund.

## Printed editions

A printed-book order may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

If a printed book arrives damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the item and its packaging. After verification, we may offer a replacement or an appropriate refund.

Where a return is authorised, the item must be unused and returned according to the instructions supplied by support. Do not send an item back without authorisation. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged or defective.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
